Stream Realty Partners Hires Director for Industrial Development Services’ Eastern Region

DALLAS, TX – May 25, 2021 – Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a national real estate services, development, and investment company, is pleased to welcome Joe Podge to the Industrial Development Services division as Director. In this role, Podge will oversee expanding Stream’s industrial development capabilities in the eastern region, initially focusing on the Chicago, Atlanta, Nashville and DC Metro markets.

Prior to joining Stream, Podge was with IAA, an industry leading auto-auction company, where he led the real estate development efforts for all greenfield sites, relocations and capital expenditures in the Northeast, Southeast and Canadian regions. He is a civil engineer by training and experienced professional in the permitting, design and execution of industrial construction projects across the United States. A licensed professional engineer and real estate broker in Illinois, Podge will be based in Stream’s Chicago office and work closely with Dale Todd, Eastern Region Senior Director with Stream Industrial Development Services, Green and producers in the region to expand the platform.
