Stream Realty Partners has recruited a proven leader in property management to take its cornerstone platform in Dallas and Fort Worth to the next level.
Tiffany Marano will serve as Managing Director of Property Management for the Metroplex. In this role, she will work with local leaders to develop the firm’s teams, enhance its platform, and increase connectivity with internal and external clients. Marano comes to Stream, a national real estate services, development, and investment company, from Cushman & Wakefield, where she was a Director in Southern California for six years. Prior to that, she held positions with CBRE and Panattoni Development Company in Southern California. Marano recently relocated to Dallas to be closer to family.
“I had some experience with Stream while working in Orange County and was impressed by their rapid growth and stellar reputation in the market,” Marano said. “When I had the opportunity to go through Stream’s recruitment process for this role, I met with many of the company’s leaders and immediately felt the strong sense of team and value placed in their employees that is such an important part of their business culture.”
Marano will manage a large team of professionals charged with nurturing tenant relationships, proactively solving property and space issues, and helping ownership outline and implement management strategies. She also will be responsible for sourcing new clients and expanding the property management portfolios for the Dallas and Fort Worth offices.
“Portfolio growth with existing clients speaks volumes about the level of service they’re receiving from the property management teams,” Marano said. “It’s extremely rewarding to grow a portfolio organically via direct award business with current clients. I’m excited for the opportunity to partner with and continually develop the property management teams at Stream.”
Stream Dallas and Stream Fort Worth combined have over 150 employees who oversee the management of more than 52.4 million square feet of office and industrial space.
“Tiffany’s experience in property management across the product types we specialize in, along with her familiarization with our current client base, made her the ideal candidate for this important role,” said Blake Kendrick, Chief Operating Officer for Stream. “Her enthusiasm and passion for people will help us fine-tune our property management platform recently bolstered with newly promoted National Managing Director Dennis Skelly.”
Marano is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). In her free time, she enjoys hiking and exploring new areas with her two dogs.
