After working for the largest industrial tenant in the United States, a commercial real estate professional has been recruited to join Stream Realty Partners’ office leasing team in Nashville.
Maddison Sickels will serve as a Vice President at the national commercial real estate firm that offers an integrated platform of services. She will be responsible for sourcing, winning, and executing office business across all service lines, including leasing, investment sales, and tenant and landlord representation. Sickels comes to Stream Nashville from Amazon, where she was an Asset Manager for the company’s worldwide real estate.
“It’s an exciting time to be working in Nashville as the city continues to be recognized as a top place to live, work, and invest,” Sickels said. “Stream’s integrated platform of services will help me deliver creative, value-add solutions for my clients. I’m looking forward to tapping into leadership’s deep local market knowledge so I can grow my commercial real estate career in Music City.”
Prior to her role at Amazon in Nashville, Sickels was part of the Advisory and Transactions Services team at CBRE in San Diego for 4.5 years. She has worked with clients including Westcore, Clarion Partners, Prologis, and Lincoln Property Company.
Sickels began her career in public policy and communications for Airbnb after graduating from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and government. She was an intern for the Republican National Committee and the Office of Congressman Darrell Issa in Washington, D.C., during her college tenure.
“We are thrilled to welcome Maddy to Stream,” said Stewart Lyman, Managing Director of Nashville’s office division. “Given her experience, I have no doubt she will hit the ground running and immediately add value to both our team and our clients.”
Sickels is a member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association and the Commercial Real Estate Women Network (CREW).
Executive Managing Director and Partner Rob Lowe established Stream’s Nashville office in May 2021 and has since grown the team to more than 20 professionals.
