A principal at a global occupier-centric commercial real estate firm has relocated from Southern California to Nashville to join Stream Realty Partners’ growing operation.
Griffin Farriss will serve as a Vice President of Leasing at Stream, a national real estate services, development, and investment firm. He will work with Executive Managing Director and Partner Rob Lowe to expand the firm’s brand presence in the Nashville Metro area. Farriss will focus on sourcing, winning, and executing office and industrial business across all service lines, including leasing, investment sales, and tenant and landlord representation. He comes to Stream from Cresa in the Los Angeles area.
“The ability to help build something in a new market was extremely appealing to me,” Farriss said. “Rob’s leadership and reputation, combined with Stream’s robust platform and stellar track record across the U.S., made my choice easy. I look forward to leveraging my background as a tenant-focused adviser, together with Stream’s platform, to provide added value for my clients as I establish myself here.”
Farriss graduated from the University of Southern California and spent the past decade at Cresa, where he was named a Principal in 2019–one of the youngest in the firm’s history. Over the course of his career, he completed approximately 2 million square feet of leasing and sale transactions valued at nearly $500 million. Farriss said earning Cresa’s Rising Star Award and President’s Award are among his proudest professional accomplishments.
Stream Nashville hired Vice Presidents Stephen Graw and Bradley Worthington in July to oversee its Investment Sales platform. The office currently has 20 employees and manages a portfolio of almost 1.5 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail space.
