Stream Realty Partners has recruited two professionals with more than 30 years of combined commercial real estate experience to lead Nashville’s office division.
Robby Davis and Stewart Lyman joined Stream, a national real estate services, investment, and development firm, as Managing Directors. They will work alongside Executive Managing Director Rob Lowe to serve clients’ interest, grow the firm’s brand presence, expand its office services in the Nashville Metro area, and cultivate talent to meet the market’s needs. They will be responsible for sourcing, winning, and executing office business across all service lines, including leasing, investment sales, and tenant and landlord representation. Davis and Lyman come to Stream from Cushman & Wakefield.

Robby Davis
Davis served as an Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield prior to moving to Stream. He started his career more than 16 years ago as a broker at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, which later became Cassidy Turley, which was acquired by DTZ and later Cushman & Wakefield. He specializes in office landlord leasing and owner/occupier sales. During his tenure, he completed more than $2.5 billion in leasing and sales transactions.
Davis is a member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association and sits on the new member advisory committee for the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce.

Stewart Lyman
Lyman was a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he spent almost seven years specializing in office landlord representation. He was a Vice President in Stream’s Houston office for almost nine years before moving to Nashville for a Director role at Cushman & Wakefield. He has completed more than $1.6 billion in lease transactions totaling over 6 million square feet.

Lyman is a member of NAIOP.
Stream Nashville has been rapidly bolstering its footprint in the market over the last year. Since July 2022, Lowe hired three Vice Presidents–two to oversee the firm’s Investment Sales platform and one to focus on office leasing. The office now has more than 20 employees and manages a portfolio of nearly 1.5 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail space.
