CHICAGO – January 22, 2025 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, announces the addition of Heather Spearman as Director of Property Management in its Chicago office. Spearman will play a key role in Stream’s hospitality-inspired X2 office property management platform, focusing on customer experience and operational excellence in the Chicago market.
As Director of Property Management, Spearman will focus on delivering best-in-class service to tenants and clients while supporting Stream’s growing office property management platform. Her extensive experience in strategic operations and fostering workplace culture makes her a valuable asset to Stream’s Chicago team.

Spearman joins Stream from JLL, where she most recently served as Managing Director overseeing national property management portfolios. In this role, she successfully led the transition of more than 50 existing assets under management, implemented innovative operational strategies, and facilitated their partner’s expansion into seven new markets in the first year. Preceding this role, Spearman was charged with ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality operations of nearly 200 million square feet of office and industrial assets across six states. With over two decades of experience in property and facilities management, Spearman has built a reputation for operational excellence and tenant-focused service.
