One of the largest office building landlords in Atlanta has awarded Stream Realty Partners the leasing assignment of a newly renovated, Class A, six-story office building in the Cumberland/Galleria submarket owned by Bridge Investment Group (Bridge).
Stream Atlanta Managing Director Glenn Kolker, Senior Vice President Steve DeVinney, and Associate Madison McClellan of Stream Atlanta will serve as leasing agents on behalf of Bridge Commercial Real Estate (BCRE), a commercial brokerage subsidy of Bridge, for The Dupree at 6120 Powers Ferry Road NW. The building recently underwent a $3.4 million renovation that included reimagined “third space” features that today’s tenants demand to encourage collaboration and work-life balance for their employees.
