Stream Strengthens Dallas / Fort Worth Leadership Team With Two Senior Promotions

DALLAS (February 4, 2020)Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a full-service national real estate investment, development and services company, today announced the promotion of Blake Kendrick to managing partner of Stream’s Dallas and Fort Worth offices and Matt Dornak to managing director of Stream’s Dallas industrial division.  

The announcement follows the naming of Chris Jackson as president, affirming Stream’s dedication to cultivating their team from within. These growth-minded opportunities ensure the retention of Stream’s culture and the preservation of the immeasurable level of client service provided by the firm.

Blake Kendrick will assume the role of managing partner of Stream’s offices in the Dallas / Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex. In this role, he will oversee, support and expand all aspects of Stream’s business lines within the DFW market including leasing, tenant representation, property management, and construction services. Additionally, Kendrick will be responsible for DFW platform level growth including recruiting new team members, expanding business lines as well as managing operations across both offices, which employs approximately 250 people.

Matt Dornak will take over Kendrick’s previous role as managing director within Stream’s industrial group in the Dallas office. In conjunction with Managing Director’s Ryan Boozer and Seth Koschak, Dornak will work to grow Stream’s industrial leasing presence across the Metroplex.
