Tech Giant Oracle Leases Space At Radius, The Former Lifeway Plaza In Nashville

Oracle, a multinational computer technology corporation, will occupy the fourth floor of the Radius office building as it establishes a new regional headquarters campus in Davidson County.

Radius–the former Lifeway Plaza–is a 265,564 square foot office building at 601 11th Ave. N in Nashville’s dynamic Gulch neighborhood. The building boasts state-of-the-art technology and creative workspaces that encourage proactive team collaboration. The nine-story building has six full-floor office spaces averaging 31,580 square feet that are available for lease. It offers resort-style fitness facilities with lockers and showers, a tenant lounge, an outdoor terrace, on-site security, a café with grab-and-go items, and ample parking. Building signage is available for large tenants.

Stream Realty Partners handles the leasing and property management at Radius. The national real estate services, development, and investment company currently houses its Nashville market operation in the building. Sandeema Company partners with Stream on the leasing assignment.
