Stream Realty Partners helped Texas Capital Bank expand the footprint for its growing Uptown Dallas headquarters to help cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment in a sought-after location.

Located at 2000 McKinney Ave., the bank’s office tower will be rebranded as Texas Capital Center. It features Texas Capital Bank signage overlooking Klyde Warren Park. The Uptown location is within walking distance of many favorite dining options, including The Henry, Ocean Prime, Flemings Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, and Happiest Hour. In addition, Hotel Crescent Court and The Ritz-Carlton are also adjacent to the 21-story tower.

“We are very excited about the unique and improved experiences this new lease will provide our employees and clients,” said John Cummings, Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer of Texas Capital Bank. “This location, in the heart of Uptown Dallas, is highly desirable and easily accessible. Our plans for this new space are reflective of our continued journey to become the flagship financial institution in Texas.”

The headquarters is accessible by Woodall Rodgers Freeway, Interstate 35 East, and Dallas North Tollway, making it central to employees throughout the Metroplex.

“We are reconfiguring Texas Capital Bank’s corporate real estate portfolio by creating a workplace experience that aligns with our values and culture,” said Catherine Zalatoris, Texas Capital Bank’s Executive Vice President, Head of Corporate Real Estate. “We are an employer of choice that invests in our teams and workspaces to accommodate our continued growth while fostering a new sense of workplace pride.”

The bank is currently working on reorganizing its headquarters to create more contiguous space and provide employees with more collaboration. The reorganization is slated for completion at the end of 2025. The organization has recently expanded its DFW footprint significantly, including locking in a long-term lease for a technology and operations campus in Richardson.

Managing Director Craig Wilson and Vice Chairman Randy Cooper with Stream, a national real estate services, development, and investment company, represented Texas Capital Bank in the new lease.

“Texas Capital Bank has been an anchor in Uptown for many years,” said Cooper. “We are pleased to see it hold its place and continue to grow and thrive in the elevated urban environment. Uptown offers employees and tenants a pleasant experience and the very best amenities. We are thrilled to help Texas Capital Bank secure its ever-expanding headquarters space.”
