HOUSTON, TX – December 19, 2019 – Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a national real estate services, development, and investment company, today announced that Common Desk, a Texas-based coworking firm, has signed an agreement with MetLife Investment Management on behalf of an institutional client to operate 29,093 square feet of coworking space at 3040 Post Oak Boulevard, a Class A office building located in the Galleria submarket.

Within 18 months of being awarded the leasing and management of 3040 Post Oak, Stream has executed a total of 132,906 square feet of leases or agreements on behalf of MetLife Investment Management and the firm’s clients. The addition of Common Desk will take the building to 90 percent leased.
