Stream Realty Partners is honored to announce that four professionals were named 2024 Heavy Hitters by the Houston Business Journal.
Vice President Matt Asvestas and Senior Vice President Brad Fricks were recognized in the Office Landlord Representation category for leasing nearly 800,000 square feet, totaling $120 million.
Executive Vice President Jeremy Lumbreras, SIOR, and Managing Director Tyler Manner were recognized in the Industrial category. The duo accounted for more than 6 million square feet of leasing transactions, totaling $331.7 million in gross dollar volume.
