The property, a four-building, 4.6-million-square-foot, Class A office campus in Downtown Houston, is located at 1221 McKinney, 909 Fannin, 1301 McKinney, and 1331 Lamar. Stream, through its Value Preservation Advisors (VPA) team, will oversee the asset management, leasing, property management, and construction management for Houston Center.
