Jeff will serve as Executive Vice Chairman, and John will take on the role of Executive Vice President.
With decades of long-standing success, including some of the biggest deals in the DFW metroplex, Jeff and John join Stream’s growing tenant advisory services team. They will work alongside Randy Cooper, Craig Wilson,and Dan Harris, as well as Peery Wood and Chris Sido, to expand Stream’s capabilities in DFW and beyond, pursuing large-scale opportunities across markets.

Jeff brings over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate, having been a dominant force in tenant representation in Dallas and Texas. Previously serving as Vice Chairman at CBRE, Jeff has negotiated over 50 million square feet of office transactions valued at over $30 billion. His expertise spans office tenant representation, headquarters relocations, and strategic financial consulting, making him one of the most respected figures in the industry. In addition to his real estate career, Jeff is a passionate leader in the Dallas community. He is the Chairman and Founder of The Loop Dallas, Chairman of the Board of the Dallas Museum of Art, and a Board Member at the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
John Ellerman joins Stream bringing over 12 years of experience, 11 of which were at CBRE, where he ultimately served as an Executive Vice President. He has developed a strong reputation for providing advisory and transaction management services to corporate office users, focusing on acquisitions, relocations, expansions, and renewals. John is recognized as one of the most active brokers representing large office tenants in the DFW metroplex.
