DENVER (November 18, 2020) – Stream Denver industrial brokers Tyler Reed SIOR, Peter Beugg SIOR, and Dominic DiOrio SIOR were recently recognized as a top industrial team by Denver Business Journal for securing 280,000 square feet of leases in third quarter 2020. Of these, one ranked as the fifth largest industrial transaction in Metro Denver, and two others landed in the top 20.

Most notably, the team leased 82,000 square feet at Colorado Logistics Park to Border States Electric, who will relocate from the east industrial submarket. Colorado Logistics Park is an industrial development located in the rising I-76 corridor micromarket at the intersection of E 112th Avenue and Highway 85 in Northeast Denver. Phase I of the development is scheduled for completion at the end of 2020 and will deliver 558,000 square feet of new industrial space to the submarket. The Border States Electric lease brought the project to 21% pre-leased.

The team also leased 64,835 square feet at 3503-3593 N. Windsor Drive in Aurora to Expeditors International of Washington and 50,488 square feet at 14800 Grasslands Drive in Englewood to Zynex, Inc, both landing in the top 20 largest industrial leases for the third quarter. The lease with Zynex, Inc. brought the Grasslands building to full occupancy and was one of the largest to land in the southeast industrial submarket to-date.

“This recognition is a testament to the hard work of our team and the trust our clients place in us,” commented Tyler Reed, Managing Director of Industrial Services. “Though the future seems to be uncharted, the Metro Denver industrial market is resilient, and we believe we will continue to attract interest from high caliber tenants.”
