Since opening in 2009, Stream’s Atlanta office has grown from two people to the elite commercial real estate firm in Atlanta. Stream’s clients have entrusted the firm with tens of millions of square feet of management, leasing, and development assignments in the Atlanta market. Further, Stream Atlanta has purchased or developed several million square feet for its own investment management platform. Through both traditional business plan execution and creative strategies, Stream Atlanta has developed a reputation for adding value to its clients, partners, and investments.
Most recently, our Atlanta team is excited to be working on premier Midtown office leasing assignments, multiple ground-up industrial developments, and adaptive re-use projects in West Midtown.
