Stream Realty Partners is honored to announce that five professionals were named 2023 Heavy Hitters by the Houston Business Journal.
Executive Managing Director and Partner Matteson Hamilton, Managing Director Tyler Maner, Senior Vice President Jeremy Lumbreras, Vice President William Carpenter, and Senior Associate Woody Hillyer were all recognized in the Industrial Leasing category.
Collectively, the five Stream Houston brokers accounted for 20 percent of the Industrial Leasing category and represented nearly 16 million square feet of leasing transactions, totaling approximately $838 million in gross dollar volume.
