Stream Realty Partners continues to enhance its offerings in the booming industrial real estate market.

With an ever-growing company comes a continuously evolving team. Tyler Maner, Managing Director, who has been with Stream since 2012, has been promoted to lead Stream Houston’s industrial division. Maner will be overseeing industrial tenant representation and industrial project leasing.

Riding the momentum of a record-breaking year in 2021, Stream, a national real estate development, services, and investment company, expanded its Industrial Development Services platform in January 2022 to include parts of Texas, Atlanta, and the Carolinas. The following month, Stream’s Industrial Capital Markets platform was introduced.

“Since beginning my career with Stream 10 years ago, leadership has continuously provided me with opportunities to grow and advance my career,” Maner said. “Houston’s industrial market is more active than ever, and I look forward to many more record-breaking years with this talented crew.”

With over 30 million square feet of positive absorption in 2021, the Houston industrial market is showing no signs of slowing down. Stream Houston looks to capitalize on the active market as it continues to grow its portfolio and build its team with high-caliber professionals.

In addition to the recent promotions of Maner, Matteson Hamilton, and Justin Robinson, a number of other key promotions have been announced on Stream Houston’s industrial team. Jeremy Lumbreras, who has been with Stream for 10 years, and Boone Smith, who was recently promoted to Vice President, will also play a key role in the growth and development of Stream’s industrial team.

“Stream has built upon the cornerstone of people and relationships first, real estate second,” said Kyle Valentine, Executive Managing Director and Partner of Stream Houston. “As we continue to experience widespread growth in our Houston market, it has never been more vital to have the right people on our team. Tyler’s leadership, expertise, and commitment to success will immensely broaden the impact of our industrial offerings and the professional development of our team members in Houston.”

2021 was the highest revenue year in Stream Houston’s history, with 25% top-line revenue growth. Stream Houston’s office grew by 23 employees in 2021 and 10 new hires year to date for 2022.
