Expanding its relationship with one of the world’s largest real estate investment managers, Stream Realty Partners has taken over the leasing and property management services for a premier West Loop office building.
Boston-based AEW Capital Management has chosen Stream, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, to lease and manage 525 W. Van Buren St. The 16-story, Class A building boasts 521,604 square feet with a host of amenities designed for today’s tenants. Stream Chicago Executive Vice Presidents Matt Lerner and Andrea Saewitz will serve as leasing agents. Leader of Industrial Property Management and Partner Victoria Knudson and Vice President Tim Gilbertsen will provide Legendary CX property management services.
