Boston-based AEW Capital Management has chosen Stream, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, to lease and manage 525 W. Van Buren St. The 16-story, Class A building boasts 521,604 square feet with a host of amenities designed for today’s tenants. Stream Chicago Executive Vice Presidents Matt Lerner and Andrea Saewitz will serve as leasing agents.
