Stream Realty Partners continues to grow its Phoenix office with the hiring of a new Vice President of Property Management.
Tom Coughlin joined the national real estate services, development, and investment firm to deliver best-in-class property management services by building relationships, delivering on promises, and creating distinctive customer experiences. Under the leadership of Regional Managing Director Amanda Coupe and Stream Phoenix Executive Managing Director and Partner Tiffany Winne, Coughlin will manage trophy-class assets and provide mentorship for colleagues at properties including Airport I-10 Business Park. He comes to Stream from Everest Holdings, where he served as a Vice President of Property Management.

Coughlin has worked in commercial real estate his entire career. After graduating from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Regional Development, he moved to California and served as an Assistant Manager and Property Manager at CBRE and Dolphin Partners Inc. He returned to Arizona as a Senior Property Manager at Lincoln Property Company. Coughlin said he prides himself on exceeding industry benchmarks on The Kingsley Index and surpassing tenant retention goals “through managing a property with an owner’s mindset.”
“Tom has a depth of experience in both managing real estate and leading property teams in multiple markets,” Winne said. “When we look for an individual to join our team at this level, the intangibles such as leading with empathy are just as important as the skill set. Coughlin is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management and serves on the Arizona chapter’s board of directors. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Arizona. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching his son’s hockey team, watching his daughter figure skate, golfing, attending sporting events, and traveling.
Winne has hired a host of high-caliber professionals in the Phoenix office in the last few months, including Managing Director Rusty Kennedy and Senior Vice President James Cohn focused on growing the market’s industrial services and Vice Presidents Nick Bialkowski and A. Stirling Pascal on office services.
