Two commercial real estate experts with nearly 20 years of combined experience at one of Chicago’s leading global CRE firms have moved to Stream Realty Partners.
Jordan Decker and Adrian Boone join Stream, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, from Cushman & Wakefield. Decker will serve as a Managing Director and lead the Chicago office tenant representation team with Managing Director Phil Geiger and Senior Vice President Brian Duffy. Boone will serve as a Senior Associate. Both will be responsible for transaction management and new client and business pursuits.
Decker, Geiger, and Duffy will work with Executive Managing Director and Partner Patrick Russo to expand the firm’s occupier services platform and boost its presence in the Chicago market.
“Stream delivers outside-the-box solutions to its clients while maintaining a collegial atmosphere for its people, which is especially important to me,” Decker said. “The firm’s culture embodies entrepreneurship, collaboration, and a family-like environment that is evident. These attributes are a testament to being one of the industry’s most dynamic and fastest growing commercial real estate firms.”
Decker started his commercial real estate career with Cushman & Wakefield in 2008 after graduating from Indiana University. During his tenure, he ascended the ranks to Managing Director while servicing local Chicagoland clients and global Fortune 500 companies including Shure, Electrolux, and American Family Insurance. In 2022, he completed more than 100 office, land, and industrial transactions totaling 6.1 million square feet and more than $975 million in transaction volume. He said among his proudest professional accomplishments was being awarded the State of Connecticut’s 2018 Office Deal of the Year Award for representing a client in a 700,000-square-foot build-to-suit office headquarters transaction.
After relocating from the San Francisco Bay Area in 2020, Boone spent more than 2.5 years at Cushman & Wakefield in Chicago, where he was promoted from Associate to Senior Associate. He attended St. Bonaventure University in New York and is a graduate of the Urban Land Institute/Real Estate Associate Program (ULI/Project REAP) online academy, one of commercial real estate’s most successful diversity initiatives. CRST The Transportation Solution Inc., CWT, and Ferrara Candy Company are among clients Boone has worked with during his career.
“Commercial real estate is a dynamic and constantly evolving industry, and Stream is at the forefront of innovation and client service,” Boone said. “I’m looking forward to working with a talented and motivated team to tackle strategic projects for my clients.”
Russo attained Partner status in mid-2022 and has been focused on hiring the highest caliber of talent in the industry to make Stream Chicago the most dynamic full-service operator in the region.
“Jordan and Adrian have a deep passion for commercial real estate and are well-respected in this market,” Russo said. “We plan to leverage the duo’s unparalleled creativity, strong ethics, and diversity in thought as we continue to build the most elite tenant rep team in Chicago. When we opened in Chicago, we committed to being an extremely active player and creative force in the market. We are delivering on that promise.”
Stream Chicago has grown to more than 40 professionals in the last four years, with offices in Fulton Market and Rosemont. The team is responsible for leasing and managing nearly 31 million square feet of office and industrial space across the metro area.
